Pauline at simplerecruit was terrific to deal with.
She listed the job I applied accurately and honestly with what her client was looking for.
The questions she asked in the initial phone interview were relevant to the role and showed she had clearly read my resume and application, understood what her client was looking for and making sure we would be a match, not just trying to push a candidate to an interview for numbers.
She kept me informed honestly and openly throughout the recruitment process and demonstrated she had a sound relationship with the employer.
I ended being offered the position thanks to her.

Pauline is an incredibly talented and highly experienced individual who has been a godsend for our small business. I do not usually deal with agencies due mostly to their impersonal approach to candidates. I was very surprised with simplerecruit . Pauline was very professional and approachable. She would call and keep me informed all the time about the role I applied for. Pauline advised that I was unsuccessful for the position but she had another in the works I'd be perfect for. I actually thought it was the usual agency lies about existing jobs but I soon found Pauline was not like that.
